Spring is in the air!

Spring is in the air!  This means Spring break, Easter, Daylight savings time and other opportunities for claimants to go out and enjoy the sunshine.  What will your claimant’s children be doing over Spring break?  Will there be egg hunts in their neighborhoods or nearby parks for the celebration of the Easter Season?  What will your claimants be doing?  Will they be planting a backyard garden, trimming trees, planting flowers?  Have they enrolled their children in the local associations to play baseball, softball or soccer?  Do they possibly coach, assist with coaching or act as a team mom/dad?

Easter Egg Hunt

These are just some of the many opportunities to document your claimant outside the home.  As the weather gets warmer and the days get longer, people tend to gravitate to the outdoors to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air after being confined to their residence after a long cold and rainy winter season.   Surveillance is a great opportunity to document the claimant conducting activities against their stated restrictions and can be used for closing or mitigating your claim and expose fraud.

Please keep in mind these opportunities cannot be recreated!
