Seeking a general, well-rounded no-nonsense investigator with experience to include Law Enforcement, Corporate Security Management, SIU investigations, and/or a combination. Five (5) years’ minimum experience required.  Must have excellent time-management skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proven leadership skills, exceptional display of character, and possess / follow a set of high standards.

  • Candidate must currently maintain a Florida Class “C” license.
  • Will consider an unlicensed investigator if you meet the qualifications to, and obtain a Florida Class “C” license within three (3) months from your date of hire.

Sales Account Manager/Marketing

Full Service Investigative Company specializing in Insurance Fraud

Position Responsibilities

Direct firm’s overall marketing and sales, strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. Facilitate business development through sales/marketing and case management.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1.  Be responsible for not only marketing (promoting) the business but more importantly, closing(sale)

2.  Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients.

3.  Build and maintain strong, long lasting, trusted client relationships.

4.  Must be an experienced closer familiar with the sales process from beginning to end using communication skills and business acumen to close business agreements with prospective clients.

5.  Support and facilitate annual marketing and sales plan for the company, actively pursuing past, current and prospective client base.

6.  Position requires 40% travel (bi-weekly).

7.  Manage client relations including:

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Attend Association functions
  • Support client case management system
  • Client training awareness/”fraud” training
  • Special events, conferences, presentations and manage promotional items

8.  Manage company’s RFP process including soliciting RFPs from desirable prospective clients and writing proposals for new business; participate in planning and presentation sessions, when assigned

9.  Business development activities including:

  • Assisting management in strategic planning for client presentations
  • Attend prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Follow protocols for prospective client marketing/sales procedures and case management procedures
  • Meet necessary goals/deadlines for annual growth
  • Identify and Communicate clearly progress of new client growth potential
  • Identify areas of opportunity to increase the depth of growth within an established client

10. Support including:

  • External communications and systems
  • Internal communications and systems: documentation, tracking, coordinating with case managers
  • Electronic communications: website, newsletter, emails, hard copy materials/brochures, etc

11. Maintain marketing/sales database which includes past, present, and prospective client information. Create and maintain spreadsheets and diaries for follow up including plans of action to insure no lead goes cold.

Employment Standards

Education:   College degree required. Concentration in Marketing/Sales, Business, or Communications preferred. Proven marketing/sales experience will be considered from a results-oriented/driven individual in lieu of or in combination with a degree.

Experience:  At least five years in marketing role within professional services environment with a working knowledge of sales. Strong leadership, marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing/sales program and experienced in closing the sale of potential clients. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present / influence all levels of organization including executive and C-level.

Required Skills:  Must be a self-starter, highly organized, ability to effectively manage/complete multiple projects, able to work well in a structured environment with a team-oriented approach. Polished presentation, written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation, sales and facilitation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.

Special Skills: Background in insurance, investigative or service-based marketing. Insurance claims process is a plus.

Field Investigator

We are seeking the most qualified and dynamic licensed field investigators. Only licensed and experienced investigators need apply.

Successful candidate must possess the following:

  • General investigative experience investigating Insurance/SIU and well-rounded general investigative experience. 3 – 5 years experience required.
  • C or CC-License for all Florida investigators, or appropriate state licensing for investigators applying for work in other states across the nation.
  • All lines adjuster license a plus
  • Must possess a passion for the industry and be capable of thinking outside the box
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, bilingual a plus.
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Critical thinking, initiative, self-motivation and attention to detail, are essential components for all candidates.
  • Candidates must be able to travel within a 100 mile radius from their home base and occasional overflow coverage outside the normal radius may be required on a limited basis. Mileage compensation is included.
  • Flexible in work schedules, availability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • All candidates must have a fully insured, surveillance ready vehicle with appropriate window tinting; laptop with Microsoft word, Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator software & connector, and with field accessible internet connection; plus any and all equipment necessary in the day to day operation of field investigations which includes, but not limited to, covert camera, HD Camcorder, a camera steadying device (tripod, monopod, camera clamp, jo-mount, etc.) and digital audio recorder.
  • Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures and protocol.

INVESTIGATIONS MANAGER

We are a full service Investigation Agency (headquartered in Jacksonville) specializing in SIU investigations and are currently seeking an Investigations Manager (working field position) whose primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strict enforcement of company policies and procedures and Investigative Statues for multiple states.
  • Manage and oversee Field Staff and Field Supervisor.

  • Must currently maintain a Florida Class “C” license, a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in insurance surveillance/investigations and prior SIU experience preferred. Prior law enforcement experience is required (Civil or Military), and will be considered in conjunction with insurance investigation experience.
  • Will consider a non-“C” licensed investigator if you meet the qualifications to obtain one within three (3) months from your date of hire.
